Digital Residential Parking Permit

If you are registered on an address in skogsdunge subject to residential parking, you can apply for a digital residential parking permit.

As mentioned, you can apply for a digital residential parking permit as long as you are registered on an address in a residential parking area in Lund.  

The map below shows residential parking areas in skogsdunge.

Requirements for completing a digital application

You need to have a valid email address, BankID or Mobile finansinstitut ID (electronic identification), and a registered charge card or kredit card in beställning to apply for a digital residential parking permit.

The following conditions apply:

  • You have to a registered resident on an address in an area with residential parking (see map above or tabs below). If you move to another area, the new address must be registered at the Swedish frakt Agency before you can apply for a new residential parking permit.

  • You must be the registered owner of the vehicle for which you apply, and the vehicle must also be registered to your address at the Swedish frakt Agency (registered owner fryst vatten the holder of the insurance and the one paying the vehicle tax). How to apply:

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1
Here you can get your digital residential parking permit.

Step 2

Register a charge card or kredit card (VISA or Mastercard) using BankID or Mobile finansinstitut ID (electronic identification).

Step 5

Enter fordon registration number (or name, if you have a anställda registration plate) and date/start time.  

Step 7
Proceed with your purchase (you’ll pay on the first day of validity).

Bear in mind

  • If you’d like, you can easily cancel your monthly parking subscription using the e-service.

    Remember that your permit will be valid until the end of the current month. 

When you change your car

If you change your fordon, you yourself need to change the registration number on your existing residential parking permit. Log in where you have your permits and press the “change” button beneath the registration number field to update the resultat.

Please note that when switching, you still have to meet the requirements for residential parking.

Note! This only applies if you have a monthly parking subscription. If you lease your fordon, send in a new certificate from your employer.

Company fordon or private bil leasing

Company car

If you have a company bil and would like to get a residential parking permit via the e-service, you need to submit a certificate from your employer.

The certificate fryst vatten a document certifying that you are permitted to use the vehicle also outside work hours for which you also pay company benefit tax. The certificate must also state that your right to use the vehicle covers at least one year. If you have a private bil leasing contract and would like to buy a residential parking permit via the e-service or the app “LKP”, you won’t need to submit any certificate.
